Baby is the fourth episode of Series 2 of Not Going Out
Synopsis[]
Lucy is worried about the age gap between her and Guy, a concern that increases when Guy turns up to meet her with his grandson in the bar. A family emergency means Lee and Tim are left in charge of the baby, and they prove to be less than perfect babysitters.
Plot[]
When Guy's daughter, Chloe gets appendicitis, Lee and Tim are left looking after her baby son Dillon, while Guy and Lucy visit her. While in their care, Dillon swallows a Subbuteo football, and Lee and Tim have problems locating it and try to think of ways to get it out of his body. Using a laxative of coconut milk, they wait to see if the football goes through his system, but find nothing. Due to Dillon's surplus waste, they figure that coconut could potentially be harmful to him and go to see Chloe at the hospital. Lee, impersonating a doctor, asks her about Dillon. However, it later turns out he did not swallow it after all, but a figurine instead. Lucy spends her day worrying about the age gap between her and Guy, especially when the nurse assumes he is her father.

- The scene where Lucy is driving Guy to the hospital was filmed opposite St. James's Church on Park Road in Hampton Hill, London. After the programme cuts to the interior camera in the car, the car can be seen turning out of St. James's Road which is located next to the church in the photo below.
